Pine Gove Farm is located in Clearbrook, Virginia north of Winchester. Mr. Jobe acquired the farm in 1835. Jeffrey R. and Teresa Jobe Wisecarver currently own and operate the farm with the help of their children, Jobeth and Ross. The farm has been family owned and operated for over 140 years. Pine Grove Farm is the site of the first textile mill in Frederick County, Virginia, which continued operation until 1931 when it was destroyed by a fire. Brucetown Woolen Corp. then abandoned the site on Pine Grove Farm and relocated in Clearbrook.
Pine Grove Farm is truly a part of the past working to provide quality products for our community and surrounding area. Our goal is to provide natural, healthy products without chemicals or hormones to promote healthier living. The farm raises Jersey dairy cows, beef, chickens, and Romney sheep. Products available year round from the farm include the Cow-Share Co-op for raw milk, eggs, beef, pork, lamb and chicken, yarn, roving, batting, and fresh baked goods. During the summer months, fresh natural garden produce is also available.
